1/4 cup rice
1 egg white
4 carrots
3 potatoes
2 celery stalks
1/2 yellow onion
2 corn
2 garlic cloves
2 mexican gray squash
1 tomato
1lb hamburger
salt to taste
pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste
1/3 cup cilantro
1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
2 tablespoon chicken bullion
1/2 gallon water
wash and cut the veggies
cut the carrots and potatoes and squash into bigger pieces we cut it into 1/4ths than cut long ways look at the pictures. cut the celery tomato and onions into small pieces cut the corn in half.
in a soup pot boil water add chicken bullion.
While water is boiling put egg white, garlic salt, pepper, rinsed rice in the hamburger mix it up and make meatballs
In a small skillet warm up the onion tomato and garlic cloves
when the water is boiling put the meatballs
in the water and allow them to cook for about 10-15 min then add the veggies including the tomato onion and garlic you warmed up cook for 30min serve and enjoy
