Steak Tips

We made Steak Tips it was good and easy to make try it out.

3 tbsp olive oil (divided)

1.5 lb cubed chuck meat (or stew meat)

1 medium yellow onion (diced)

3 cups beef broth (low sodium)

1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix 

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cracked black pepper

1 bay leaf

2 tbsp cornstarch

1/3 cup water


In a skillet brown 1 pound me with olive oil take out put aside brown 2nd pound of meat with olive oil takeout put aside

In a soup pot add the onion cook onion for a minute or two in the soup pot then add in the beef cubes the Worcestershire sauce the envelope of onion soup mix salt and pepper to taste Bayleaf and cook on low heat for an hour

In a bowl mix the cornstarch and water until the corn starch is thoroughly blended into the water after cooking the beef for an hour in the soup pot add in the corn starch mixture stir until thick and take out put on plates out the parsley and serve enjoy

I served this dish with mashed potatoes it was pretty good.
